Dooplify is a global network of various different extensive marketing experiences, especially in ads, rising up to 12+ years combined in the digital marketing sphere, with the sole purpose of making the most of businesses’ inputs.

Our story can be summed up in 6 chapters. Let’s dive in!

Our Why

Chapter 1

We had a mutual understanding between ourselves that there is a huge elephant in the room inwhich digital marketing is and will always continue to get better and more effective than ever, yetthere are still an insane amount of big businesses with the capacity to leverage their resources andpowers of effective marketing strategies to scale drastically, but simply aren’t doing so.

What we found and the problem we solved

Chapter 2

Of course, as individuals with experience in scaling large companies before, we knew that manybusinesses simply weren’t implementing anywhere near enough effective marketing strategies, forwhatever reason. Even if a company was trying to run some ads, they were simply throwing moneyat a wall and hoping things would stick, which is another thing you’ll come across with largebusinesses, you will be shocked at the amount of money that gets blown on ineffective marketingstrategies. So this was an obvious starting point for us, but we took it one step further..

We felt that to consistently, predictably and sustainably reach those extreme ROI’s that we wouldhave to go above and beyond to try and to implement optimized and custom loopholes that theaverage competition simply aren’t willing to make the most of, for the simple reason that if mostmiddle to large sized businesses weren’t even maximizing effective marketing strategies in the firstplace, then they certainly wouldn’t dedicate the efforts to the extensive research, testing and moneyspent that we have incorporated to come up with our MULTIPLE techniques.

We began implementing these ideas on businesses during lockdown on some companies in our database and the results we found were quite staggering: we expected to extreme heights, after all that was what everything we did was based on, but the rate at which we did so was unbelievable.

The concept of cloning

Chapter 3

Our main objective was to maximize efficiency then scale on it. Optimal efficiency requires testing but leveraging the data that is already provided by the customer base of companies is a helpful starting point. We used customer data from the companies and various other ad demographics to manually extract the real common denominators in these demographics that were leading to conversions, this requires a lot of tracking but it meant we eventually had the most optimal demographic for that company or at least for the ads that we were sending out to that particular demographic, repeatedly.

After that it’s just a process of scaling, more testing and increased optimisation by feeding the optimised data back into our ad campaigns to create an even MORE targeted demographic. It has an exponential effect. This extends to our google ad strategies as well and other forms of targeting. Not to mention, cloning is just one of our many client acquisition methods

Our working environment

Chapter 4

We’re a relatively young, ambitious, remote team constantly keeping up to date with what we needto do be as optimised as possible. Ad platforms are constantly changing and we MUST be ahead ofeverybody else. There’s no other option, we genuinely have team members dedicated just to findingnew strategies!

Our remote working environment means there is an even bigger emphasis on trust and meeting standards. Everybody must be capable enough to manage their own challenges, which will come. We can only work with independent experts, absolute killers to the highest degree. There is simply no option as our responsibility is to ensure that our clients don’t even have to imagine how challenging it is to operate Dooplify, they already have their own companies to think about and our reputation and customer experience is everything. Our working model

Chapter 6

We chose to take the full work load off our client’s hands as much as possible, this isn’t just something we do because it sounds like a good marketing tactic, in fact, you’ll find that initially, at first glance that most mid to large companies are drawn to the idea of operating things on their own and that as long as they are given the initial blueprint they can manage everything themselves. To put it simply, we have dealt with too many businesses at this point and it became clear to us pretty quickly that businesses often end up preferring to have the work load off their hands.

We also have a reputation to maintain and so, from the perspective that we must deliver results, we actually prefer to handle as much as possible so you can focus on what you do best which is servicing your incoming surge of customers. We do, however, respect that our businesses still want to be involved and make decisions so we also try to be as flexible as possible and so we operate on what we call a ‘be as involved as you want model’. You’re always free to talk to us, to access your dashboard (after all, it’s your dashboard) to even make decisions but we’ll advise on when it’s best for us to manage something in particular. We are constantly optimizing, constantly dealing with things that you do not have to stress yourself over.

Our values

So, what are our values, then? We know a lot of companies talk about ‘company values’ and now it has somewhat become a buzz phrase. Our values are rooted in reality: companies would like to see more profits, a LOT more profits without having to sacrifice excessively more time than they already delegate to the business. This requires absolute efficiency. Absolute efficiency requires data-driven truth. Everything we do is based on absolute efficiency for clients: whether it’s driving cost per click down or minimizing their work load. It is all because of data-driven truth

Data driven truth is the very premise of Dooplify: it’s not only the reason our methods are so effective, it is also the reason we are extremely selective with who we work with in the first place –who we choose to work with is based on DATA.

Our values align with what companies really want because what companies need is what we sell, which are results. Everything we do is based on taking x company from A-C in the most efficient way possible
